Donald and Hilary established McHort over 20 years ago, and we took over the reins in 2021 and have continued their customer-focused approach and enthusiasm for our industry.
Originally from Taranaki, I moved to my wife’s home province – Hawkes Bay, and our business is based on our family orchard in Hawkes Bay, although we travel to and distribute our products throughout New Zealand.
When we are not out on the road meeting our customers, you’ll find us watching our kids playing sport or driving them around from one venue to the next. Occasionally we even get time to enjoy gardening ourselves…
