Sentinel is a safe, naturally occurring bio-fungicide, which prevents grey mould development by competitive exclusion of Botrytis cinerea establishment on the foliage, flowers and fruit. Sentinel is best applied with a wetter/ sticker (McHort Plant Soap) and a UV protectant for the biological active ingredient. Sentinel can be integrated into an overall pest and disease management programme (IPM). Alternating Sentinel with chemical fungicide applications may assist in minimising development of disease resistance to certain chemicals.
