Despatching of products

All goods are invoiced on despatch from McHort's depot, and the invoice includes your track and trace number. We will advise you if despatch of your order is delayed.
We ask that you check your track and trace number with the relevant shipping company online, and please be mindful of delays due to Covid-pressures.
All damage or shortfall should be reported immediate, and if we inadvertently send an incorrect product, we will arrange for its return. However, if you order the wrong product, you will be responsible for its return.
